Each practitioner is responsible for exercising their own professional and clinical judgement within their qualifications, registration and scope of practice.

Retreat Capital Limited operates the business and website but does not override the independent clinical judgement of an appropriately qualified treating practitioner.

Where a treatment requires a medical assessment, prescription or clinical authorisation, treatment will only proceed where the relevant practitioner determines that it is appropriate and lawful.

A booking or payment does not guarantee that a particular treatment will ultimately be provided.

3. Consultations
